Shipping policy

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Note: We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times We proudly ship internationally, with expedited focus on our core markets. Estimated transit times after dispatch are as follows:

  • United States: 7 to 14 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Canada: 7 to 14 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Australia: 7 to 14 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Rest of the World: 7 to 14 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time and will be displayed precisely at checkout before payment. The final cost depends on the delivery destination and the total weight of your package.

4. Shipment Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For a seamless checkout experience, our store automatically displays prices in your local currency (e.g., USD, CAD, AUD). However, international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) levied once the package reaches the destination country.

IllicitShirts is not responsible for these additional charges. The customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs clearance fees.
